If we want to be healthy we must consume healthy and nourishing food.πŸ‘€ Unfortunately, So many people like to eat junk and fast food without knowing the harmfulness.πŸ‘ˆ Those unhealthy habits make us unhealthy and sick.πŸ˜₯ When we are unhealthy we can't fulfil our daily routine activities.😐

Physical exercises also play a major role to build the level of our physical fitness.✊ When we exercise,πŸ’ͺ we burn calories and it helps to maintain a healthy weight.😊 There are many advantages of exercises. They improve heart and lunge health as well as prevent illnesses. Some of exercises are hiking, running,πŸ’ƒ swimming, cycling, dancing and stretching.πŸ‘ˆ☺

The people have addicted to television, smart phones and computers modern society.😟 Because of that, people keep away from physical activities. We need sleepπŸ˜‡ at least six hours because a good night's sleep relaxes and refreshes our body. Clean waterπŸ’§πŸ’¦ and fresh air are very important to our health.πŸ˜ŠπŸ’— Good health boost the physical and mental well-being. Let's try to be healthy.πŸ’ž
