Health is a wealth because it is the most important part of our life. ✊πWe divide the health into two parts as physical and mental health.✌ Our health is a real wealth to continue our life and good health keeps us always try to be healthy.ππ
If we want to be healthy we must consume healthy and nourishing food.π Unfortunately, So many people like to eat junk and fast food without knowing the harmfulness.π Those unhealthy habits make us unhealthy and sick.π₯ When we are unhealthy we can't fulfil our daily routine activities.π
Physical exercises also play a major role to build the level of our physical fitness.✊ When we exercise,πͺ we burn calories and it helps to maintain a healthy weight.π There are many advantages of exercises. They improve heart and lunge health as well as prevent illnesses. Some of exercises are hiking, running,π swimming, cycling, dancing and stretching.π☺
The people have addicted to television, smart phones and computers modern society.π Because of that, people keep away from physical activities. We need sleepπ at least six hours because a good night's sleep relaxes and refreshes our body. Clean waterπ§π¦ and fresh air are very important to our health.ππ Good health boost the physical and mental well-being. Let's try to be healthy.π
